③ 제1항 각 호에 해당하여 이동형 영상정보처리기기로 사람 또는 그 사람과 관련된 사물의 영상을 촬영하는 경우에는 불빛, 소리, 안내판 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 촬영 사실을 표시하고 알려야 한다.
