Established procedures must reflect instructions provided by the manufacturer or the person who made a declaration under section 901.194.

Original regulatory text

If the manufacturer of the remotely piloted aircraft system or the person who has made a declaration referred to in section 901.194 in respect of that model of system provides instructions with respect to the topics referred to in paragraphs (1)(a) and (b), the procedures established under subsection (1) shall reflect those instructions.
