The manufacturer or person who declared the RPAS compliant must keep all records and reports of the tests and verifications performed on the system.

Under section 901.201 of the CARs, the person making the declaration is required to retain a current record of the results of, and the reports related to, the verifications that they have undertaken to ensure that the model of the system meets the applicable technical requirements.
