De toegang tot de geografische UAS-zone bedoeld in het eerste lid is onderworpen aan de volgende cumulatieve toegangsvoorwaarden: 1° beschikken over een voorafgaande vluchtvergunning van SPACC aangevraagd volgens de aanvullende praktische modaliteiten vastgesteld overeenkomstig artikel 4; 2° beschikken over een systeem voor directe identificatie op afstand; 3° beschikken over een geobewustzijnssysteem; 4° beschikken over een geo-caging systeem.
