34.—(1) If — (a) a person operates an unmanned aircraft to fly indoors or at any height over any area in Singapore; and (b) the unmanned aircraft carries a prohibited item when so flying, the person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
