De toegang tot de geografische UAS-zone bedoeld in het eerste lid is onderworpen aan de volgende cumulatieve toegangsvoorwaarden: 1° elke vlucht wordt beperkt tot een hoogte van vijfendertig voet AGL; 2° elke UAS is beperkt tot een maximale startmassa van 900g of minder.
