① 초경량비행장치소유자등은 제122조제1항에 따라 신고한 초경량비행장의 용도, 소유자의 성명 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국토교통부장관에게 변경신고를 하여야 한다.
