After purchasing, changing, or renewing your drone insurance, you must submit proof of insurance to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Persons who have purchased aviation insurance or mutual aid (보험 또는 공제) must submit proof of insurance (보험가입신고서 등) to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and must also do so when changing or renewing the policy.

제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따라 항공보험 등에 가입한 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험가입신고서 등 보험가입 등을 확인할 수 있는 자료를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이를 변경 또는 갱신한 때에도 또한 같다.
