법 제123조제4항에 따른 말소신고를 하려는 초경량비행장치 소유자등은 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 15일 이내에 별지 제116호서식의 초경량비행장치 말소신고서를 한국교통안전공단 이사장에게 제출하여야 한다.
