① 법 제131조의2제2항에 따른 무인비행장치의 적용특례가 적용되는 긴급 비행의 목적은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 공공목적으로 한다. 1. 재해ㆍ재난으로 인한 수색ㆍ구조 2. 시설물 붕괴ㆍ전도 등으로 인한 재해ㆍ재난이 발생한 경우 또는 발생할 우려가 있는 경우의 안전진단 3. 산불, 건물ㆍ선박화재 등 화재의 진화ㆍ예방 4. 응급환자 후송 5. 응급환자를 위한 장기(臟器) 이송 및 구조ㆍ구급활동 6. 산림 방제(防除)ㆍ순찰 7. 산림보호사업을 위한 화물 수송 8. 대형사고 등으로 인한 교통장애 모니터링 9. 풍수해 및 수질오염 등이 발생하는 경우 긴급점검 10. 테러 예방 및 대응 11. 그 밖에 제1호부터 제10호까지에서 규정한 공공목적과 유사한 공공목적
