An Authorised Flight Examiner must immediately surrender the Authorised Flight Examiner authorisation to the Authority if — (a) the Authorised Flight Examiner relinquishes his or her role as an Authorised Flight Examiner; (b) the Authorised Flight Examiner is no longer required by the nominating UATO to conduct any proficiency check, test, assessment or evaluation; or (c) the Authorised Flight Examiner authorisation is cancelled by the Authority.
