① 법 제70조에 따라 항공보험 등에 가입한 자는 항공보험 등에 가입한 날부터 7일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 보험가입신고서 또는 공제가입신고서에 보험증서 또는 공제증서 사본을 첨부하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 가입사항을 변경하거나 갱신하였을 때에도 또한 같다.
