Action upon unauthorized entry into prohibited or restricted airspace

If you accidentally fly your drone into a prohibited or restricted airspace zone, you must immediately fly it out of that area. If your system allows communication with air traffic control, you must also notify them immediately.

The pilot-in-command must — (a) if the aircraft is fitted with or carries a means for the pilot-in-command to communicate with ATS during the flight — inform the appropriate air traffic control unit for the prohibited area or restricted area that the aircraft is in the area; and (b) fly the aircraft out of the prohibited area or restricted area
