Fine for making false statements during inspections

If you are inspected by the authorities regarding your aviation business, lying or making false statements during questioning can result in a fine of up to 5 million KRW.

Requirement as structured

A person who makes false statements in response to questions asked during inspections under Article 73, Paragraph 2 or 3 shall be subject to an administrative fine (과태료) of up to 5 million KRW.
