법 제68조 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 무인항공기를 비행시키려는 자는 별지 제75호서식의 무인항공기 비행허가 신청서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 서류를 첨부하여 지방항공청장ㆍ항공교통본부장ㆍ국방부장관 또는 법 제85조제1항에 따라 항공교통업무증명을 받은 자에게 비행예정일 7일 전까지 제출하여야 한다.
