국토교통부장관 또는 지방항공청장은 법 제132조제8항에 따라 항공기, 경량항공기 또는 초경량비행장치의 운항 또는 항행안전시설의 운용을 일시 정지하게 하거나 항공종사자, 초경량비행장치 조종자 또는 항행안전시설을 관리하는 자의 업무를 일시 정지하게 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호에 따라 조치하여야 한다. 2. 제1호에 따른 통보를 받은 자가 통보받은 내용을 이행하고 그 결과를 제출한 경우 그 이행 결과에 대한 확인
