Reporting Minor Changes to Drone Business Plan

If you make minor changes to your drone business (such as changing your office address, company name, representative, or the number of registered drones), you must report the change to the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (TSA) within 30 days using Form 16.

법 제32조제2항 단서에 따라 제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항을 변경하려는 자는 변경 사유가 발생한 날부터 30일 이내에 별지 제16호서식의 변경신고서에 변경 사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 지방항공청장에게 제출하여야 한다.
