A person operating an unmanned aircraft or acting as a supervising pilot must, on being so required by an authorised person, produce his or her UA basic training certificate or UA pilot licence (as the case may be) so as to enable the authorised person to ascertain the identity of the person, the validity of the UA basic training certificate or UA pilot licence (as the case may be), and whether the person is authorised to operate the unmanned aircraft.
