국토교통부장관은 초경량비행장치 조종자 증명을 받은 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 초경량비행장치 조종자 증명을 취소하거나 1년 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 효력의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호, 제3호의2, 제3호의3, 제7호 또는 제8호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 초경량비행장치 조종자 증명을 취소하여야 한다.
