Nothing in these Regulations applies to require a person to obtain a UA operator permit, an activity permit or a UA cross-border permit before operating — ... (aa) an unmanned aircraft to fly indoors for any purpose unless it is a purpose connected with any of the following: (i) a sporting activity that forms part of an organised group activity or organised competition, race or tournament; (ii) an event that is attended by more than 50 individuals at any time during the event; (iii) a flying display;
