② 법 제48조제1항 후단에 따라 변경신고를 하려는 자는 변경 사유가 발생한 날부터 30일 이내에 별지 제13호서식의 변경신고서에 변경 사실을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 한국교통안전공단 이사장에게 제출해야 한다.
