6. 일몰 후부터 일출 전까지의 야간에 비행하는 행위. 다만, 제199조제1호나목에 따른 최저비행고도(150미터) 미만의 고도에서 운영하는 계류식 기구 또는 법 제124조 전단에 따른 허가를 받아 비행하는 초경량비행장치는 제외한다.
