  Aviation documents required for a drone spraying trial permit

  An application for a research and development trial in which a plant protection product is to be applied by an unmanned aircraft must include evidence of registration as a UAS operator under Article 14 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, together with the operational authorisation for aerial application referred to in Article 12 of that Regulation in the 'specific' category, or the certificates required for operating in the 'certified' category under Article 6.

  BVLOS approvals in Finland
