For an EVLOS operation approval, a certified RPA operator must have documented practices and procedures containing the following: (a) for each matter, activity or requirement mentioned in this Chapter — procedures and requirements that comply with this Chapter; (b) the operator’s statement to its remote pilots and observers that the procedures and requirements for relevant operations must be complied with.
