W przypadku gdy operator SBSP zamierza ubiegać się o uzyskanie certyfikatu LUC w dwóch powyższych przypadkach, tj. do zatwierdzania własnych operacji w zakresie zezwoleń na operację, musi spełnić następujące: - operator uzyskał w ciągu 12 miesięcy przed dniem złożenia wniosku o certyfikat LUC co najmniej pięć zezwoleń na operacje, o których mowa w art. 12 ust. 2 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947
