Lennundusseaduse § 4 1 lõike 1 alusel kehtestatud korralduses sätestatud mehitamata õhusõidukite lendamise piiramiseks kehtestatud geograafilises alas võib lend toimuda ainult selle asutuse, kes on korralduses märgitud objekti valdajaks, loa alusel.
