For subsection (2), the examination must comply with the requirements set out in the operator’s documented practices and procedures dealing with the following for the examination: (a) the content, including the variation and security of relevant questions; (b) the pass mark, including procedures for knowledge deficiency reporting and re‑examination; (c) notifications and certifications for applicants, and record keeping.
