To take the practical flight exam, you must submit an application form with your confirmation number and attach your written exam pass certificate (or a copy of your current license if exempt).

Requirement as structured

An applicant wishing to take the practical exam (実地試験) must submit a practical exam application form containing their confirmation number, accompanied by their academic exam pass certificate (or a copy of their existing competency certificate if the academic exam is omitted), to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) or the designated testing agency.

技能証明申請者であつて、学科試験に合格したものは、実地試験を受けようとするときは、確認番号を記載した実地試験申請書に、第二百三十六条の五十第三項の学科試験合格証明書（第二百三十六条の五一第二項の規定により学科試験の省略を受けようとする者にあつては、法第百三十二条の四一の技能証明書（同条に規定する無人航空機操縦者技能証明書をいう。以下この節において同じ。）の写し）を添付し、国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。
