If military units (land, sea, or air) are deployed or operating outside their usual zones, you cannot fly UAS there without authorization from the military commander in charge of the operation.

En las zonas de operaciones o despliegues de unidades militares, terrestres, navales y aéreas, cuando operen fuera de las zonas geográficas de UAS generales establecidas en el apartado 1, serán aplicables a las operaciones de UAS las limitaciones establecidas en el apartado 2 anterior, salvo autorización del responsable de la operación militar.
