En ansökan om tillstånd ska innehålla namn och övriga kontaktuppgifter till sökanden samt till eventuellt ombud för sökanden. Ansökan ska även innehålla ytterligare uppgifter som anges i 4–5 §§ Sökanden ska beskriva den sammanställning som ska spridas genom att ange: 1. Vilka typer av registreringar... 2. Det geografiska område... 3. De uppgifter i övrigt... Sökanden ska ange om denne medger att Lantmäteriet vidtar retuscheringsåtgärder i sammanställningen, om det behövs för att kunna meddela tillstånd.
