91.102 Aeronaves pilotadas a distancia (a) Toda aeronave pilotada a distancia deberá contar con la autorización del Subdepartamento Operaciones, en adelante SDO, de la DGAC previo a realizar cualquier operación de vuelo. (b) Dicha autorización será otorgada para cada operación (caso a caso), previa entrega por parte del solicitante del formulario Anexo “D” debidamente completado y siempre que el SDO evalúe que operación prevista no constituya riesgo para las personas o para otras aeronaves.
