施設管理者等のうち対象施設の管理者の同意を得た者が、当該対象施設の管理者の同意を得るに当たって前項各号に掲げる事項を対象施設の管理者に書面で提出して得たときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、法第十条第三項の規定による対象施設の管理者への通報があったものとみなす。
