A UAS operator registered in an EASA Member State other than the Republic of Ireland, that intends to conduct ‘specific’ category cross border operations or operations in Ireland, where an operational authorisation is already granted, shall provide the Irish Aviation Authority, as the competent authority, with: • A completed application (Annex A), via email to drones@iaa.ie; • A copy of the operational authorisation issued by the competent authority of the MS of registration; • Those chapter(s) / section(s) of the operations manual (OM)... • A .kml file outlining the location(s)...
