Flugbeschränkungsgebiete sind auf Luftfahrzeuge, selbständig im Fluge verwendbares Luftfahrtgerät und unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge, ausgenommen jene mit einer höchstzulässigen Startmasse von weniger als 250 g bis zu einer maximalen Flughöhe von 30 Meter über Grund, anzuwenden.
