Around Finnish airports there is a control zone with height limits that increase with distance from the runway. In practice you check the CTR conditions in Droneinfo, keep to the published maximum height for your location, and coordinate with air traffic services when required.

In a restrictive UAS geographical zone established around an uncontrolled aerodrome, UAS operations within the zone are permitted only by separate agreement with the aerodrome operator, or by operating in accordance with the published local instructions and procedures.
