2　この法律において「対象施設周辺地域」とは、前項第一号イからホまでに掲げる対象施設については次条第二項の規定により指定された地域をいい、同号ヘに掲げる対象施設については第三条の二第二項の規定により指定された地域をいい、同号トに掲げる対象施設については第四条第二項の規定により指定された地域をいい、前項第二号に掲げる対象施設については第五条第二項の規定により指定された地域をいい、前項第三号に掲げる対象施設については第六条第二項の規定により指定された地域をいい、前項第四号に掲げる対象施設については第七条第二項の規定により指定された地域をいい、前項第五号に掲げる対象施設については第八条第二項の規定により指定された地域をいう。
