Per le operazioni che si svolgono nelle vicinanze degli aeroporti civili... e negli spazi aerei dove i servizi di traffico aereo sono forniti da ENAV SpA o da un altro fornitore SNA certificato... l’operatore UAS deve richiedere la valutazione ATS presentando il Modello ATM-09A (Allegato “C”) almeno 35 (trentacinque) giorni prima dell’inizio dell’attività
