第一項に規定する場合において、立入管理措置を講じた上で同項第二号の空域において無人航空機(国土交通省令で定める総重量を超えるものを除く。)を飛行させる者は、航空機の航行の安全並びに地上及び水上の人及び物件の安全を確保するために必要なものとして国土交通省令で定める措置を講じなければならない。
