Exception for Public Places

You do not need a dissemination permit (spridningstillstånd) to share photos or videos of public places like roads, parks, or squares, as long as the surrounding areas are not visible in the image. Note that general public access areas (allmän plats), such as forests, do not automatically qualify as public places (offentlig plats) under this exception.

Offentlig plats är undantagen kravet på spridningstillstånd. För att undantaget ska gälla får bilderna inte visa omgivningarna runt omkring. Som offentlig plats räknas allmänna vägar, torg, parker och andra platser som i en detaljplan är upplåten för sitt ändamål.
