Qualora i locali dedicati alla sede d’esame non siano di proprietà della società, è necessario presentare, all’atto della domanda, un accordo tra il soggetto proprietario dei locali e la società stessa. L’attività può essere iniziata solo a valle della ricezione dell’attestato di riconoscimento da parte dell’ENAC.
