Seaplane aerodrome areas — flight over land while the seaplane operates

Over land inside an Annex 4 area you may fly even while the seaplane is arriving or leaving, but only tethered and never higher than the building or obstacle you are flying next to.

Requirement as structured

Within the Annex 4 areas a remote pilot holding a competency certificate may fly over land even while the seaplane is arriving in or departing from the area, provided the drone is never flown higher than the building or obstacle it is being flown next to and the drone is tethered.

Stk. 3. I de indtegnede områder i bilag 4 må en fjernpilot, som er indehaver af et kompetencecertifikat, flyve over land, selv når vandflyveren er under ind- eller udflyvning fra området. Dronen må aldrig flyves højere end den bygning eller hindring, som fjernpiloten flyver ved, og dronen skal være fortøjet.
