Required Contents of the Flight Record (飛行記録)

In plain language

For every flight, you must log the drone's registration and model details, the pilot's name and license number, the flight path and times, total flight hours, any safety issues, and any malfunctions along with how they were resolved.

Requirement as structured

The flight record (飛行記録) section of the flight log must include the aircraft's registration mark, type, model, certification details, manufacturer, serial number, flight details (date, pilot name and license number, purpose, route, prohibited airspace flown, flight method, takeoff/landing locations and times, flight duration, total flight time since manufacture, and safety-affecting events), and malfunction/resolution details.

一飛行記録イ無人航空機の登録記号、種類及び型式ロ無人航空機の型式認証書番号（型式認証を受けた型式の無人航空機に限る。）ハ機体認証の区分及び機体認証書番号（機体認証を受けた無人航空機に限る。）ニ無人航空機の製造者及び製造番号ホ無人航空機の飛行に関する次の記録（１）飛行年月日（２）飛行させた者の氏名及び無人航空機操縦者技能証明書番号（３）飛行の目的及び経路（４）飛行させた飛行禁止空域及び飛行の方法（５）離陸場所及び離陸時刻（６）着陸場所及び着陸時刻（７）飛行時間（８）製造後の総飛行時間（９）飛行の安全に影響のあつた事項の有無及びその内容ヘ不具合及びその対応に関する次の記録（１）不具合の発生年月日及びその内容（２）対応を行つた年月日及びその内容並びに確認を行つた者の氏名
