国土交通大臣は、技能証明を受けた者が法第百三十二条の五十三第四号又は第五号のいずれかに該当するときは、国土交通大臣が定める基準に従い、その技能証明を取り消し、又は一年以内において期間を定めてその技能証明の効力を停止することができる。
