総務大臣は、前項の規定により対象政党事務所及び当該対象政党事務所の敷地を指定するときは、当該対象政党事務所の敷地及びその周囲おおむね千メートルの地域を、当該対象政党事務所に係る対象施設周辺地域として指定するものとする。
