Class C0 unmanned aircraft — eligibility condition for subcategory A1

Requirement as structured

UAS operations in subcategory A1 shall be performed with an unmanned aircraft that is marked as class C0 and complies with the requirements of that class as defined in Part 1 of the Annex to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945, or with one of the other unmanned aircraft listed in point UAS.OPEN.020(5). A C0 class marking is an eligibility condition for subcategory A1, not a standalone permission: all of the other conditions of point UAS.OPEN.020 apply to the operation.
