When your registered drone details change, you must submit a notification form to the government showing your registration mark, name, address, what changed (comparing old and new), and the date and reason for the change.

法第百三十二条の八第一項の規定により登録事項の変更の届出をしようとする者は、次に掲げる事項を記載した届出書を国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。 一登録記号 二所有者の氏名又は名称及び住所 三代理人により届出をするときは、その氏名又は名称及び住所 四届出の年月日 五変更した事項（新旧の対照を明示すること。） 六変更の事由及びその事由が発生した年月日 七その他国土交通大臣が必要と認める事項
