Do not fly your drone over emergency situations, such as car crashes, bushfires, or police operations, unless you have explicit permission from the emergency commander.

An RPA operated under standard RPA operating conditions is not operated over an area where emergency, police, fire, or public safety operations are being conducted without approval from the person in charge of the operation.

An RPA is operated in standard RPA operating conditions if, at all times during the operation: ... (e) the RPA is not operated over an area where a fire, police or other public safety or emergency operation is being conducted without the approval of a person in charge of the operation;
