(1) Novčanom kaznom od 20.000,00 do 100.000,00 kuna kaznit će se za prekršaj pravna ili fizička osoba čije osoblje i sredstva, odnosno djelatnost podliježu inspekcijskom nadzoru: 2) ako ne postupi prema izdanome naređenju ili izrečenoj zabrani ili ne poštuje privremeno oduzimanje potvrde, svjedodžbe i dozvole od strane inspektora (članak 134. stavak 2.)
