Verified from official sourcesSection 2.16Version 1Effective -Verified 25 August 2026
In plain language
To fix any knowledge gaps identified in your exam, you must pass an oral test with an examiner who will then write down that you now understand the topics you previously missed.
Requirement as structured
A candidate's knowledge deficiency must be remedied through an oral examination where the student satisfies the examiner, and the examiner records this satisfaction in writing.
Original regulatory text
Knowledge deficiency is remedied only if, after an oral examination: (a) the student satisfies an examiner that the knowledge deficiency that was the subject of the relevant KDR has been remedied; and (b) the examiner records their satisfaction in writing kept with the KDR.
