Den som ansöker om upprättande eller ändring av en geografisk UAS-zon som begränsar eller utesluter drift av UAS ska, utöver det som framgår av 3 §, bifoga en redogörelse för 1. kriterierna för att bevilja tillstånd att flyga i zonen, 2. vem, om annan än den sökande, som ansvarar för att lämna utlåtande enligt 8 § samt kontaktuppgifter till denna, och 3. hur utlåtandet enligt 8 § kommer att lämnas till den som ansöker om tillstånd att flyga i zonen.
